About the Project

We are building a scalable, AI-powered marketplace that connects customers with verified craftsmen — similar in concept to Upwork, but purpose-built for construction and trade services.

The platform will use AI-driven workflows to help customers:

  • Define project scope
  • Understand required work
  • Visualize potential outcomes
  • Generate better-qualified leads for professionals

This is a web-first product, designed for long-term scaling through 2026 and beyond, with strategic industry partners involved.

Your Role

You will:

  • Design the technical architecture and tech stack
  • Build a production-ready web platform from existing Figma designs
  • Implement scalable backend systems
  • Integrate AI / LLM APIs into user workflows
  • Ensure performance, security, and future scalability

This is not just a development task — we are looking for someone who can shape technical direction and think like a product partner.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in full-stack web development
  • Experience designing scalable system architecture
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI / LLM APIs
  • Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and defining structure
  • Experience working with third-party APIs and external data sources
  • Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Marketplace or platform development experience
  • Image processing or generative image workflow experience
  • Startup or scale-up background
  • Strong UX/product thinking mindset
