Job Description

Equal Parts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Frontend & Full-Stack Engineering Lead to oversee the development of modern web applications and digital platforms. The selected candidate will lead engineering initiatives, mentor developers, and contribute directly to architecture and development decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable frontend and full-stack applications.
  • Architect responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimize application performance.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers by providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience in frontend development with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience building scalable backend services using Node.js or similar technologies.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and database integration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or managing technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
