Photon is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS and NextJS to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications.

In this role, you will drive frontend architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll play a key role in building high-performance applications that serve millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend development using ReactJS and NextJS frameworks
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI architectures
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO
