Job Description

Aloden is looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer (React) to drive the development of modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

In this role, you will lead frontend architecture, guide a team of developers, and collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping technical decisions and ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of frontend architecture using React
  • Build responsive, high-performance, and scalable web applications
  • Mentor and guide frontend developers
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in frontend development

  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Experience with REST APIs and integration
  • Leadership experience or ability to mentor a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
