🖥 Onboarding Experience

  • Design and develop an engaging, easy-to-use onboarding landing page
  • Improve user experience across internal corporate operations tools

🔁 Continuous Feedback Loop

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize improvements
  • Implement new features based on business needs

⚡ Performance Optimization

  • Streamline and optimize internal modules
  • Reduce average query execution latency to < 1 second
  • Improve system speed and reliability

🤖 Automation

  • Identify automation opportunities to improve internal workflows
  • Optimize processes for efficiency and scalability

🛠 Maintenance & Code Quality

  • Maintain Platform Ops modules and fix reported bugs
  • Conduct proactive code reviews
  • Identify business logic errors and vulnerabilities

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

  • Strong experience with:
    • Git
    • HTML5
    • SCSS / SASS
    • JavaScript
    • React
    • Redux
    • Webpack
  • Minimum 2+ years of React unit testing experience
  • Knowledge of Django, Python, SQL (PostgreSQL) is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Fast learner of new frameworks and tools
  • Client-centric, “can-do” attitude
  • Motivation to directly impact company metrics
