About the Role:

Join our team to modernize Federal enterprise applications using Angular for the frontend and Java/Spring Boot for the backend. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentorship opportunities in an Agile environment focused on delivering high-impact solutions for federal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Angular-based frontend applications integrated with Java/Spring Boot backend services.
  • Modernize legacy federal systems and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Lead technical discussions and guide implementation strategies for front-end and full-stack initiatives.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within Scrum teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and federal standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Frontend: Angular 4+, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Object-Oriented Development: 5+ years of professional experience
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle (3+ years experience)
  • Cloud & Containerization: AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Terraform, Git
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship with Public Trust clearance (active or obtainable)
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams
  • Experience in federal or enterprise-scale projects is a plus
