About The Role We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our centralized UX team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering reusable UI components and standards that are utilized across more than 120 applications within the organization.

Your primary focus will be on front-end development using Angular (latest versions, Angular 16+), with minimal backend exposure. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality, scalable, and accessible UI components that promote consistency and best practices across all applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale UI component libraries, contribute to UI standards, and enhance user experience through innovative front-end solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of front-end development experience, with a strong emphasis on Angular (latest versions). A proven track record of building or contributing to UI component libraries or design systems is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of modern UI standards, front-end architecture, and advanced CSS techniques such as Flexbox, Grid, and theming. Exposure to UX/UI principles and implementation is highly desirable. Good communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cross-browser and cross-device testing, and version control tools like Bitbucket will be advantageous. Knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG compliance, is also important.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable Angular components that serve as building blocks for multiple applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Establish and enforce UI standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across projects.
• Create responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Apply advanced CSS techniques, including Flexbox, Grid, and theming, to ensure consistency and flexibility.
• Ensure all components comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Document component usage, integration procedures, and best practices for internal teams.
• Package and publish the component library to Artifactory, maintaining proper versioning and release cycles.
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure UI consistency and performance.
• Troubleshoot UI issues, support application teams, and provide ongoing maintenance for the component library.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to quality standards using Bitbucket version control.
