Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
- Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that meet customer and business requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for web applications and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web development issues.
- Stay current with emerging web development trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Ensure all web solutions adhere to industry best practices, accessibility standards, and web standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front-end web development.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development best practices.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
