Job Summary

The Keelworks Foundation is currently looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Web Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites and web applications.

As a Front-End Web Developer, you will work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and project managers to transform creative ideas into functional digital products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing user experiences, and staying updated with the latest front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and modern web interfaces using front-end technologies
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean and efficient code
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate with design and development teams on new projects
  • Maintain consistency across different browsers and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and technical issues
  • Improve website functionality and user experience continuously
  • Write reusable and maintainable code following industry standards
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end development trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
