Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Application Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of complex enterprise systems in a hybrid work environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering scalable web solutions that align with organizational standards.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, enterprise application architecture, and Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, and support complex enterprise-level applications
  • Evaluate customer requirements and recommend effective technical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather system requirements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements for current and future applications
  • Participate in system design reviews and problem resolution processes
  • Recommend and implement functional and technical design improvements
  • Evaluate system changes for feasibility, alternative approaches, and backup procedures
  • Develop new systems and enhance existing applications while ensuring compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing Power Suite Web Applications
  • Strong experience with modern front-end technologies:
    • Angular, React, or Vue
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
    • Bootstrap, JSON, YAML
  • Experience with software development methodologies and project management practices
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques used to evaluate, develop, test, integrate, and troubleshoot systems
  • Understanding of multi-tier architecture environments including:
    • Web services and APIs
    • Application servers and database servers
    • Clustered environments and reporting systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA, Confluence, and Git
  • Demonstrated progressive technical responsibility in enterprise IT systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
  • Experience working in large enterprise or government environments
