Job Details

  • Analyze, design, develop, apply, and support complex enterprise projects.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Work with different departments to understand system requirements.
  • Resolve operational difficulties and support current and future system enhancements.
  • Participate in system design reviews and problem resolution.
  • Recommend approval of functional and technical design documents.
  • Support implementation of program enhancements and application updates.
  • Analyze and evaluate system changes to determine feasibility and alternative solutions.
  • Develop new systems and upgrade existing systems while ensuring compliance with approved standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and support enterprise-level applications.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Work with departments to resolve system issues and improvements.
  • Participate in system design reviews and troubleshooting.
  • Recommend and implement technical and functional design updates.
  • Evaluate system changes and propose backup procedures.
  • Develop new systems and enhance existing applications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency developing Power Suite Web applications.
  • Experience with front-end programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
  • Knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
  • Experience evaluating, developing, testing, integrating, and troubleshooting systems software and hardware.
  • Demonstrated progressive responsibility in information systems and data processing management.
  • Knowledge of multi-tiered applications such as web services, APIs, clustered environments, database servers, application servers, and report servers.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using JIRA, Confluence, and Git.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
