🎯 Key Responsibilities

💻 Frontend Development

• Build world-class UI components for PeopleFluent’s product suite
• Develop scalable and reusable front-end components
• Transform legacy UI into modern single-page applications (SPA)

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with design and backend teams
• Evaluate design and API deliverables for feasibility
• Break down and prioritize frontend tasks
• Participate in code reviews

🧪 Quality & Delivery

• Take features from requirement scoping to launch
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and multilingual support
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable code

✅ Required Qualifications

🔹 Core Frontend Skills

• Strong experience with:
  • React
  • Redux / state management
  • TypeScript
  • Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with:
  • REST APIs (Axios a plus)
  • Angular or React
  • Responsive web design
  • HTML semantics
  • CSS and preprocessors

🔹 Accessibility & UX

• WCAG 2.0 compliant implementation
• Localization & multilingual support
• Eye for design and attention to detail
• Mobile-first responsive design

🔹 Architecture & Engineering

• Familiarity with decoupled frontend architecture
• Experience with microapps architecture
• Experience modernizing legacy UI systems
• Understanding of frontend/backend split patterns

🛠 Technical Experience

• Git (advanced usage)
• Testing frameworks:
  • Jest
  • Enzyme
  • React Testing Library
• Atlassian tools:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
• Build & Deployment:
  • Webpack
  • Babel
  • Docker (backend deployments)
  • Basic CI/CD knowledge
• AG Grid knowledge (plus)
