Job Description
International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Front-End Technical Support Specialist to join its growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving front-end software issues while ensuring smooth website functionality and user experience across various digital platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, designers, and internal teams to troubleshoot interface-related issues, optimize website performance, and improve the usability of digital systems. Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, experience with front-end technologies, and a solid understanding of responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve front-end software and browser compatibility issues

- Ensure websites function correctly across multiple browsers and devices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

- Familiarity with React, Bootstrap, or modern front-end frameworks
- Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques
- Experience troubleshooting website functionality and UI-related issues
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility standards
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in front-end support, troubleshooting, or web development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
