Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Front End Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, along with extensive experience in frontend architecture, state management, and modular UI systems.

This role also requires experience in performance optimization, accessibility, SEO standards, and modern development pipelines including CI/CD, Nx/TurboRepo, and AI-enhanced engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend architectures.
  • Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Design and implement state management solutions for complex applications.
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO standards.
  • Integrate frontend applications with APIs, authentication flows, and edge delivery mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and DevOps.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and leverage tools such as Nx or TurboRepo.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-enhanced engineering tools where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 11–15+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with recent leadership in solution architecture.
  • Strong command of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Expertise in frontend architecture, state management, and modular UI systems.
  • Deep knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Nx or TurboRepo, and modern frontend development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of API integration, authentication flows, and edge delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and mentoring experience.
