  • Job Title: Front End Lead Developer
  • Location: Fountain Valley
  • Work Type: Part Time (On-site 3–4 days per week)
  • Compensation: $70 – $90 per hour
  • Experience Required: 10+ Years (2+ years in leadership role)
  • Start Date: Immediate

This role involves leading front-end development initiatives, managing offshore coordination, and delivering high-quality responsive web applications aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of front-end development experience
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Lead or Team Leadership role
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in California 3–4 days per week
  • Experience coordinating with offshore teams preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-end development team to build responsive, user-friendly web applications
  • Develop high-quality interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review guidance
  • Coordinate with offshore development teams, including India-based resources
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
  • Integrate and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) when applicable
  • Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best practices
  • Maintain technical documentation and development standards
  • Monitor industry trends and implement modern front-end technologies
