Job Description
As a Front-End / Full-Stack Engineering Lead at Equal Parts, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance digital applications. The role requires strong expertise in modern front-end technologies combined with practical experience across back-end systems and cloud-based development environments.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver responsive, secure, and scalable applications. In addition to hands-on development, you will guide technical strategy, establish coding standards, review architecture decisions, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of modern front-end applications using current JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Contribute to full-stack architecture and support scalable back-end integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications
