Job Summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Front-End Engineering Architect to join its growing technology team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled front-end professional with extensive experience building scalable enterprise applications using React and Angular frameworks.

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing front-end architecture, mentoring engineering teams, improving development standards, and driving innovation across multiple projects. The position requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

As a senior technical leader, you will contribute to strategic technical decisions while ensuring applications remain highly responsive, secure, scalable, and user-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable front-end architectures using React and Angular
• Lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications
• Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and visually engaging interfaces
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and performance
• Mentor and guide front-end developers across multiple projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices
• Participate in technical planning, sprint discussions, and project estimations
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong expertise in React.js and Angular frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux, RxJS, REST APIs, and state management libraries
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI architecture
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for enterprise applications
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Jasmine
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and modern build tools
• Previous experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams
• Understanding of accessibility standards and secure coding practices
