• *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a high-impact engagement with one of our long-standing partners. The client is a global wealth-tech and data platform utilized by over 1,400 investment firms across more than 60 markets. The company continues to invest heavily in enhancing its client-facing products, integrating AI-enabled workflows, and expanding platform capabilities to better serve wealth advisors at scale. This role is pivotal within the Workflow Platform team, one of the most strategically significant initiatives at the organization.

The Workflow Platform is a customer-facing product designed to automate complex, multi-step business processes such as report reviews, billing cycles, and compliance checks directly within the platform. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the frontend experience for workflows, task management, and observability tooling. The team is small, highly visible, and collaborative, with direct interaction with the engineering manager who owns the product.

Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, user-centric interfaces that streamline operations for wealth management professionals and advisors.

• *Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend development
• Proficiency in React.js with hands-on experience in production environments
• Familiarity with other frontend frameworks such as Ember and Svelte
• Experience building component-driven UIs, design systems, or working with internal UI libraries
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, wealth tech, or data-intensive product environments
• Experience with workflow tools, task management systems, or process automation platforms (e.g., Temporal, n8n) is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS, along with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and proprietary component systems
• Experience proactively using AI tools to enhance development processes
• *Responsibilities
• Develop and extend the frontend for the Workflow Platform, focusing on automating complex business processes for wealth advisors
• Implement workflow visualization, task management interfaces, and monitoring views such as workflow status, run history, and blocked steps
• Utilize the Addepar Product Language (APL) component library to ensure consistent, high-quality UI development
• Create human-in-the-loop UI components for tasks requiring manual review or approval, ensuring they surface correctly via in-app notifications and integrate seamlessly with workflow execution
• Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and the engineering manager to refine requirements and deliver incremental improvements
• Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analyses, and implementation planning to meet delivery deadlines
• Write maintainable, testable code and document technical decisions clearly for team reference
• Maintain a product mindset, focusing on user experience for wealth advisors and ensuring the frontend aligns with user needs and expectations
• Actively incorporate AI tools into development workflows to accelerate productivity while applying sound judgment during review
