Students join the program to:

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor students enrolled in the Front End Web Development course
  • Lead weekly 1-on-1 video sessions
  • Review student code and provide constructive, actionable feedback
  • Guide students through project-based learning
  • Participate in student communities for Q&A and support
  • Help students overcome learning roadblocks
  • Foster motivation, confidence, and excitement about web development

  • Demonstrated expertise in frontend web development
  • Strong command of:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • jQuery
    • Git
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to beginners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for online education and career transformation
  • Self-driven and capable of mentoring with minimal supervision
