π― Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Frontend Engineer (SE II) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-scale, technology-driven environment.
You will collaborate across teams to build highly scalable, high-performance frontend systems serving hundreds of millions of users globally.
π Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product features used by 820M+ monthly active users
- Take end-to-end ownership of feature quality
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code
- Review code and uphold engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers
- Build reusable modules and frontend libraries
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs proactively
- Participate in hiring processes
- Continuously learn and improve
β Required Skills & Qualifications
π» Technical Expertise
- 4+ years building medium to large-scale client-side applications
- Strong JavaScript experience (ES6+)
- Proficiency in:
- ReactJS
- Flux architecture
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Experience with build tools:
- Webpack
- Babel
- Gulp
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse)
- Experience handling cross-browser compatibility
- Proficient with Git
- Experience writing unit & integration tests
π Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
β Nice to Have
- Experience with CSS frameworks (Sass, Tailwind)
- Experience with Redux
- Experience working on large-scale frontend applications
- Basic backend knowledge
