Job Description

The Front-End Developer (React.js Engineer) will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic user interfaces for the Hirequill platform. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build intuitive, responsive, and accessible web applications that enhance the user experience for both recruiters and job seekers.

This role requires strong expertise in React.js along with a solid understanding of JavaScript, component-based architecture, and state management. You will be expected to transform UI/UX designs into functional web components, optimize performance, and ensure consistency across different browsers and devices.

Since Hirequill operates in a fast-paced tech environment, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working on iterative development cycles, feature enhancements, and real-time debugging while maintaining high code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional code.

Required Skills & Qualifications
