About the Role

As a Front-End Developer, you will own and elevate the user experience by building seamless, elegant, and high-performance interfaces that clients rely on daily.

This role goes beyond coding β€” you’ll shape delivery processes, refine features, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure every release meets the highest standards for performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and ship clean, maintainable, well-structured code
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers on complex challenges
  • Contribute to improving development workflows and processes
  • Provide thoughtful and constructive code reviews
  • Think beyond implementation β€” evaluate solutions, tradeoffs, and business impact
  • Stay current with evolving frameworks, tools, and development best practices

Technical Requirements

πŸ”Ή Programming & Frameworks

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript & JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Expertise in React
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 & CSS3

πŸ”Ή Development Practices

  • Experience with Git and version control systems:
    • GitHub
    • GitLab
    • Bitbucket
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $99,000 – $168,000
