Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Front-End Developer to build modern, responsive, and visually compelling user interfaces. You will collaborate with designers and backend developers, optimize web applications, and contribute to a results-driven, remote-friendly culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Transform mockups and wireframes into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams to enhance functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to maintain seamless UX.
  • Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and advocate for best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React.js, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Gulp
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration in a remote team environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in remote, agile development environments
  • Knowledge of headless CMS, JAMstack, or mobile-first design

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule with overlapping hours typically between 9 AM – 1 PM GMT
  • Operate across global time zones, results-focused, not clock-focused
