Job Description

The Front-End Architecture Lead at Magnet Forensics is responsible for designing and maintaining the overall structure of complex front-end applications used in digital forensic solutions.

This role goes beyond coding and focuses on architectural ownership, technical strategy, and long-term scalability of web-based systems. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and security teams to ensure seamless, high-performance user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, component-based architecture, and large-scale enterprise UI systems. You will also be expected to mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for front-end development across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain scalable front-end architecture for enterprise-level applications
  • Lead technical direction for UI engineering teams across multiple projects
  • Design reusable, modular, and high-performance UI components
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently
  • Ensure consistency in UI/UX across platforms and products

  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management
  • Experience in designing scalable enterprise-grade front-end systems
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL integration
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and debugging tools
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and guide engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading front-end architecture in large-scale SaaS products
