Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Freelance Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who can help us rapidly improve and scale our platform. You will work closely with the founding team and contribute directly to product development, innovation, and user experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys startup culture, experimentation, and building impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Build scalable, high-performance features for the platform
  • Collaborate with the founding team to translate ideas into product features
  • Improve overall platform performance and user experience
  • Suggest and implement new features that enhance engagement
  • Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and services when required
  • Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve code quality

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with MERN stack technologies
  • Solid understanding of full stack development and modern web architecture
  • Ability to work independently and deliver features quickly
  • Passion for building products and solving real user problems
  • Startup mindset with willingness to experiment and innovate
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
