About Us:

Nexhireplus is a growing US Staffing firm specializing in IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles across North America. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Professional (Freelance/Contract) who can help us acquire new clients and grow our staffing business.

Role & Responsibilities
• Drive new client acquisition in the US Staffing market (IT/Engineering/Manufacturing domains).
• Create and execute territory-specific business plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to target decision-makers (Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS programs).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR/Procurement/TA leaders.
• Work closely with our Delivery/Recruiting team to ensure successful placements.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to acquire direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements
• Proven track record in Business Development / Sales for US Staffing companies.
• Strong network with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, RFPs, and client negotiations.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently in a freelance / commission-based or retainer + incentive model.
