StreetKarrma is hiring a commission-based Graphic Designer (fully remote) to create original t-shirt and apparel graphics for an upcoming streetwear startup based in Delhi, India.

StreetKarrma is an upcoming streetwear brand focused on bold, trend-driven designs that blend youth culture, music, and urban aesthetics.
The brand is based out of Delhi but operates remotely, collaborating with creative talent across India.
Role overview
• Commission-based, remote graphic design role for t-shirt and apparel graphics.
• Open to part-time designers and design students (must be 18+ and located in India).
• Ideal for someone looking to build a strong portfolio in fashion and streetwear while earning per approved design sold.
Key responsibilities
• Design original graphics, illustrations, logos, and typography for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel in line with StreetKarrma’s visual identity.
• Research global and Indian streetwear trends, create mood boards, and propose fresh concepts for drops and limited collections.
• Prepare clean, production-ready artwork files suitable for screen printing, DTF, and other print processes.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure consistency across collections and colorways.
Requirements
• Strong portfolio/Behance/Dribbble/Instagram showcasing illustration, typography, or apparel/streetwear-style graphics.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or equivalent design software.
• Good understanding of color, composition, and how designs translate on fabric and garments.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly over WhatsApp/Email/Meet.
• Previous experience in Apparel Design or Print-on-Demand is a plus.
• Age 18+ and currently residing in India.
Compensation & how to apply
• Commission-based: You earn on a per-design and/or per-sale basis for approved designs used by StreetKarrma (details to be discussed during selection).
• Completely remote with flexible hours; ideal alongside college or a part-time job.
