Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations at our premier hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, and a proven track record of managing high-volume food and beverage outlets. You will be responsible for leading our F&B team, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and contributing to the financial success of the department.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve revenue goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and cost management to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotions.
• Prepare detailed reports on F&B performance, including sales, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas.

Required Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage management within a hotel or resort setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Proficiency in F&B point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and elevate guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with international teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe Manager).
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
