As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless shopping experience to customers, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of queries, orders, and support requests.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order processing, product details, returns, refunds, and related issues.
Maintain high-quality standards in customer communication, ensuring interactions are accurate, professional, and timely.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide real-time solutions for customer problems.
Perform order tracking, shipment updates, and order cancellations as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols while handling sensitive customer information.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Document all interactions in the customer service database.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with computer software and internet navigation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping processes.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and professional conduct.

Previous experience in customer service or remote work is an advantage but not essential.
🔹 Working Hours
Flexible working hours covering operating time (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST).
Morning, evening, or night shifts available based on availability.
