• The Opportunity*

We are seeking an expert PowerPoint designer who has strong graphic design experience to create visually stunning presentations. The ideal candidate should be able to transform content into engaging and professional slides that captivate the audience. You will work closely with our team to understand the project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that align with required branding.

Important: Our goal is to forge an ongoing partnership, but we are starting with a trial project.
• What You’ll Be Creating*

We create high-stakes marketing programs (which often include polished PowerPoint presentations) for Fortune 500 technology companies and their channel partners. You’ll be designing and creating:

• Professional PowerPoint decks that adhere to strict brand guidelines for high-profile technology manufacturers

• Visually compelling diagrams, charts, and tables that transform complex channel strategies into clear, engaging visuals

• Materials that reflect both our client’s brand standards and alliance partner guidelines

• Bonus: Occasional A3-format eBooks (nice to have, not required)
• What Makes You the Perfect Fit*

✅ PowerPoint Expert: You’re highly proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable working across multiple decks simultaneously

✅ Visual Storyteller: You have a strong eye for design and can create interesting, professional diagrams and data visualizations that go beyond basic templates

✅ Brand-Conscious: You’re meticulous about following brand guidelines and can seamlessly work within established visual identities

✅ Fast & Responsive: You can deliver quality work with 2-3 day turnarounds per asset and accommodate 2 rounds of revisions

• Project Details*

• First Project Scope: PowerPoint Design for an Online Event (~30-50 slides)

• Estimated Time Requirement: ~5-10 hours

• Estimated Start Date: January 13, 2026

• Timeline: Less than 1 month (with potential for ongoing work)

• Turnaround: 2-3 days from material handoff to v1 delivery

• Required # of Revisions: 2 rounds per asset

• Working Style: You’ll receive full and detailed direction including detailed project brief, slide content, design direction, brand guidelines, logo lockups

• Growth Potential: This is a trial run; exceptional work and great team fit will lead to consistent, ongoing projects

This first project is an evaluation period. If you deliver outstanding results, demonstrate responsiveness, and fit well with our team culture, we’ll have regular work for you as our go-to presentation designer.
