Experienced Probate & Guardianship Paralegal – Fully Remote (Florida-Based)

A well-established and respected law firm with offices in Miami, Florida, and Georgia is seeking an experienced Probate and Guardianship Paralegal to join our expanding team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Florida. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling Florida probate and guardianship matters from start to finish. You will work closely with an attorney and have the independence to manage cases proactively while maintaining strong communication and client empathy.

Compensation:

$45,000 – $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
• Draft, file, and manage probate and guardianship pleadings in Florida.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain and organize case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare accountings, inventories, and related court documents.
• Manage case progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn Georgia probate and guardianship procedures as part of professional development.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Florida probate and guardianship law.
• Strong working knowledge of Florida probate and court e-filing systems.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases concurrently.
• High attention to detail and accountability for deadlines.
• Technologically adept, with proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Georgia probate and guardianship law in the future.
