Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and perform analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in analytical outputs.

Data Visualization
• Assist in the creation of clear and impactful data visualizations that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports that simplify complex data for diverse stakeholders.

Data Reporting
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of regular and ad hoc data reports aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in improving and streamlining reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and support the development of customized analytical solutions.
• Participate in team discussions to incorporate feedback and continuously improve analysis and reporting deliverables.

Quality Assurance
• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analyses and reports.
• Conduct testing and validation to confirm the reliability and functionality of data solutions.

Learning and Professional Development
• Stay current with emerging data analysis tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Actively seek opportunities to develop technical skills and contribute to team and organizational success.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in transforming data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and professional approach to growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Recent graduate.
