About the Role
We are seeking a Data Research & Analyst to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in data research, business intelligence, and healthcare markets while contributing to projects that have tangible global impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct accurate manual data capture from a wide range of sources.
• Research and evaluate new markets, trends, and data sources.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain and enhance existing data repositories, tools, and processes.
• Utilize Google Sheets (including advanced formulae), Google Drive, and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in alignment with project deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues globally to support process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong research and analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulae), Google Drive, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• High degree of numerical accuracy and confidence working with large datasets.
• Basic understanding of data management and business intelligence methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Positive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or broader healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare markets and supply chains.
• Recent graduate with less than one year of professional experience.
