Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Data Center to lead the design, implementation, and operations of large-scale data center infrastructure in Mumbai. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver highly available, scalable infrastructure supporting telecom and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering integrated hyperscale data center design and deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities to ensure technical integrity and project alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end engineering lifecycle including planning, design validation, implementation, and optimization.
• Ensure high-quality, future-ready, reliable, and cost-efficient data center designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across power, cooling, and infrastructure domains.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and innovation for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project timelines, compliance standards, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in data center operations and design of large-scale facilities (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of EPC (Evolved Packet Core) integration within data center environments (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing hyperscale data centers with high availability requirements.
• Expertise in HVAC systems, environmental controls, and energy optimization.
• Deep understanding of power distribution systems, backup power, and infrastructure reliability.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering project management and team management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with hyperscalers or telecom infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to global data center design standards and innovations.
• Ability to manage large engineering teams and multi-project environments.
