At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, the Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that keep our energy grid running.We are looking for an individual who has a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, and 3-5 years of experience in the electrical engineering industry. They will need to demonstrate knowledge in design and development of electrical systems, as well as a familiarity with relevant industry regulations.We are a team of professionals dedicated to providing safe and reliable energy to our customers. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative solutions to keep the energy grid running.
Utilize electrical engineering principles to design and develop electrical systems.
Conduct research to stay up to date on relevant industry regulations.
Work collaboratively with other members of the engineering team.
Provide technical advice and support to other members of the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical system issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all electrical systems.
Participate in regular safety inspections and audits of the electrical systems.
Ensure compliance of all electrical systems with relevant industry regulations.
