Xcalibur Woodford Tooling Pvt Ltd is part of a long-established woodworking tooling group serving craftsmen and retailers across the UK, EU and US. We operate a strong portfolio of ecommerce channels and are now looking to strengthen our team with a capable Ecommerce Executive who can help expand our marketplace performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive with a solid background in Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts across UK, EU and US marketplaces, along with a good understanding of Amazon advertising. This role is fully remote within India, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central for UK, EU and US stores
• Handle product listings, variations, uploads, keyword optimisation and content updates
• Monitor account health, performance metrics and compliance requirements
• Plan, create and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands and Display
• Conduct competitor analysis, pricing updates and marketplace research
• Manage stock levels, FBA shipments, replenishment planning and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog accuracy, marketing inputs and customer support queries
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support wider ecommerce activities as needed

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central
• Strong working knowledge of UK, EU and US Amazon marketplaces
• Experience with Amazon Advertising / PPC is essential
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic improvements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Based in India, preferably Mumbai region
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
