Job Description
HireZilla is looking for a dedicated E-commerce Product Listing & Data Entry Specialist to manage product uploads and maintain accurate listings across online platforms.
In this long-term remote role, you will handle product data, descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure high-quality listings that enhance customer experience and drive sales. This position offers consistent work and a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 to $20.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Write and format product titles, descriptions, and specifications
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, images, and product details
- Update existing listings and fix errors or inconsistencies
- Organize product data using spreadsheets or internal tools
- Maintain consistency in product categorization and formatting
- Collaborate with team members for bulk uploads and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce)
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of product SEO (keywords, descriptions)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in product listing is a plus
