Job Description

HireZilla is looking for a dedicated E-commerce Product Listing & Data Entry Specialist to manage product uploads and maintain accurate listings across online platforms.

In this long-term remote role, you will handle product data, descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure high-quality listings that enhance customer experience and drive sales. This position offers consistent work and a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 to $20.00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Write and format product titles, descriptions, and specifications
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, images, and product details
  • Update existing listings and fix errors or inconsistencies
  • Organize product data using spreadsheets or internal tools
  • Maintain consistency in product categorization and formatting
  • Collaborate with team members for bulk uploads and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce)
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of product SEO (keywords, descriptions)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in product listing is a plus
