Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian Global System Integrators (GSI) to establish partnerships and drive business growth.
Establish and execute a strategic plan for partnering with Indian GSIs to expand the company’s reach and increase revenue.
Identify and prioritize potential GSI partners in the Indian market based on their capabilities, strengths, and alignment with the company’s goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives with Indian GSIs.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with Indian GSIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and policies.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing GSI partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics in India to identify new partnership opportunities and potential risks.
Act as a liaison between the company and Indian GSI partners, maintaining regular communication and providing necessary support and resources.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to promote the company’s brand and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to leverage GSI partnerships in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Develop and manage a budget for GSI partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Provide regular reports and updates on GSI partnership activities and performance to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team, leading by example and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
Continuously strive to improve and optimize GSI partnership processes and procedures for better efficiency and results.
