The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced SEO and PPC Specialist to fill the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee our external digital marketing agency’s strategies across all platforms. You will report directly to the Finance Director and indirectly to the CEO, working closely with our external marketing agencies.

Your focus will be on driving our digital campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid online advertising (Google Local Services Ads, Google PPC), social media, and content management. The role involves establishing keyword strategies, optimizing website content, collecting data, and reporting results to management.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to oversee and co-direct digital marketing campaigns
• Plan, evaluate, and monitor performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports for management
• Support the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital touchpoints
• Utilize tools such as SEMrush to monitor website traffic and drive domain rankings
• Assist in developing and managing content and social media marketing programs
• Conduct market research, staying updated with the latest trends, strategies, and algorithm changes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies, particularly in SEO
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and SEO analysis/reporting tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Creativity, initiative, and ability to think outside the box
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience writing high-quality SEO friendly content
• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, graphic design, and basic WordPress, CSS, HTML knowledge
