Job Overview
Black Rock Digital is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst with strong experience in marketing analytics, reporting dashboards, and campaign performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data across multiple digital channels to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
This role is best suited for professionals experienced in Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting, dashboard creation, and marketing performance insights within an agency or performance marketing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Data Collection & Integration
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources including Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting systems.
Campaign Performance Analysis
• Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels, evaluating metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities to support marketing teams.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Present actionable insights and performance summaries to internal stakeholders and management teams.
A/B Testing & Insights
• Support A/B testing analysis, measuring campaign experiments and recommending performance improvements.
• Assist marketing teams in interpreting test results and scaling winning strategies.
Forecasting & Predictive Analysis
• Assist in building forecasting models and predictive analysis reports to support campaign planning and performance projections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to align reporting insights with business goals.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing reporting, marketing analytics, or performance reporting roles
• Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform reporting
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), Python, or R for data analysis preferred
• Experience analyzing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign performance data
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and reporting accuracy
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• International client reporting experience preferred
Mandatory Company Requirements
• Comfortable working 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST night shift
• Comfortable using Time Doctor monitoring software and camera surveillance during working hours
• Must be willing to sign a minimum 2-year employment agreement
• Must have international client work exposure
• Own PC/Laptop with stable high-speed internet
• Frequent job switchers should not apply
