Overview

Harvis, Inc. is conducting a search on behalf of M&T Displays, a global leader in the display and signage industry, for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads across multiple online channels. The position requires a hands-on marketer with strong analytical capabilities and experience managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns. While the role is based in Wilkes-Barre, PA, remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns including PPC, display, and retargeting
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility
  • Manage social media content, posting schedules, audience engagement, and growth strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Oversee website updates, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams on content creation, creative assets, product highlights, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance-driven marketing
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end across multiple digital channels
