Houston Methodist is looking for a creative, experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our digital projects to life. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and a proven track record of creating high-quality graphics for a variety of digital platforms.The successful candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in graphic design. They should be a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, capable of creating compelling graphics that capture the essence of our brand. The Digital Graphic Designer should have a good understanding of the latest design trends and techniques, and the ability to stay ahead of the ever-evolving digital landscape.You should also have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

Develop creative design solutions for digital projects that capture the essence of the Houston Methodist brand.
Create high-quality graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and techniques to ensure designs are up to date and competitive.
Collaborate with other members of the creative team to develop and implement innovative design solutions.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform design decisions.
Utilize relevant software to create and modify designs.
Adhere to tight deadlines and produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all designs are accurate and meet the highest standards of quality.
Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards.
Maintain an organized design library.
