A global consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects in Mobile, Alabama. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex design initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and high-profile clients.

🔹 Role Overview

The Design Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end design process for hyperscale data center projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations, project timelines, and quality standards. The position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project coordination expertise.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of data center design projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide leadership and direction to design teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Utilize Autodesk platforms for design coordination and project documentation.

🔹 Qualifications

  • 10+ years of design or project management experience, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
