Pay Range:

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Connectivity & Hardware Support Engineers to join our client’s technical operations team. This position focuses on supporting cabling infrastructure, network hardware, and data center equipment across multiple client locations. Core Responsibilities

  • Setup and support of network and desktop equipment
  • Patching, circuit provisioning, and break-fix services
  • Rack and stack of servers and data center hardware
  • Ensuring complete connectivity and maintaining accurate documentation

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday with rotating shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 14:00 – 23:00
  • Participation in on-call and out-of-hours work, including evenings and weekends
  • Travel to multiple client sites within the assigned region

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage service tickets while ensuring SLA compliance
  • Audit and document cabling and desktop configurations
  • Perform patching, disconnect/reconnect, and secure data wiping
  • Test and troubleshoot copper and fiber network infrastructure
  • Install and terminate copper and fiber voice/data cabling
  • Build, rack, and stack server and networking equipment
  • Replace faulty network hardware components as required
  • Maintain inventory records and update stock systems
  • Conduct site surveys and maintain accurate technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in voice and data cabling environments
  • Knowledge of Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) processes
  • Hands-on experience with fiber and copper installations
  • Familiarity with server rack and stack procedures
  • Proficiency with modern cabling test tools
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and network hardware
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
