🚀 Hiring: Data Scientist – Marketing Mix Models

Join Verizon and work at the forefront of advanced econometrics, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics. We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop inferential models and optimization-driven insights that shape strategic marketing decisions and customer growth.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Build and deploy Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and attribution models
• Perform advanced econometric and statistical analyses to uncover actionable insights
• Develop systems, applications, and visualization dashboards
• Ensure data quality and drive continuous process improvements
• Stay ahead of emerging modeling techniques and analytics trends

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling
• Hands-on experience building Marketing Mix Models and attribution models
• Strong programming experience in R (Python/Java/Scala a plus)
• Experience communicating technical insights to business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)

🔹 Nice to Have
• Bayesian statistics or econometrics expertise
• Mathematical optimization or Multitouch Attribution (MTA) experience
• Tableau or advanced visualization tools
• Hive, Spark, or distributed computing exposure
• Data warehousing or Teradata SQL experience

📍 Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 8 office days per month)
💰 Salary Range: $137,000 – $255,000 (location and experience dependent) + incentives
