Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:
• Support data scientist team with product development and model research and development.
• Apply statistics, programming, data modeling, and mathematical techniques to identify patterns and business opportunities.
• Assist in analyses alongside Data Scientist and Product Engineer; develop and deploy machine learning models.
• Work with product engineers to translate prototypes into products, services, and features; provide guidelines for large-scale implementation.
• Prepare and analyze datasets by collaborating with clients, operations, and development staff.
• Conduct analysis, derive insights, interpret findings, and present outcomes to the team.
• Participate in data exploration and methodology design for strategic initiatives.
• Define and document methodologies; incorporate beta client feedback into updates.
• Collaborate with TPMs and product team to implement and document methodologies; support validation in production.
• Share and teach methodologies with clients and peers through presentations and discussions; provide mentoring and training.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:
• High School Diploma or GED (required); rising junior or senior in Bachelor’s degree program or MBA preferred.
• Coursework in Statistics and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in relational databases.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a business environment with peers and interruptions.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $52,000 – $78,000, dependent on market factors and experience.
