Job Description

Virtual Inventory: Work from digital lists / shared location pdfs provided by on-site staff to verify and log batches of scanned documents ready for Splitting.

Splitting documents : Co-ordinate effectively with on-site team to clearly understand the document split mechanism for documents already scanned.

Split the scanned PDFs accurately based on each pinned set specified by the team

Data Entry & Upload :

File Management: Organize digital files into the correct folder structures on a network drive or cloud storage as per the project plan.

Bulk Upload Operations: Use the EDMS’s to upload batches of documents and their associated metadata.

Verification: Confirm successful uploads and verify that documents are searchable and accessible within the EDMS.

Indexing Schema Application: Apply the predefined indexing rules (e.g., Document Type, Date, Customer ID, Project Number) to document batches in the preparation software.

Metadata Entry: Accurately enter key metadata that will be used for searching and retrieving documents in the EDMS.

Quality Control :

Image Review: Inspect scanned images for quality issues such as:

Skewing: Crooked scans.

Blurriness: Poor image quality.

Missing Pages: Ensuring pagination is correct.

Black Borders / Artifacts: From the scanning process.

Data Validation: Verify that the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) text is accurate and that indexing metadata matches the document content.

Re-scan Requests: Flag any sub-standard scans and communicate the need for a re-scan to the appropriate team.

Accuracy Reporting: Track and report QC pass/fail rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
