🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Transform and integrate raw healthcare data into structured, high-quality datasets.
  • Build statistical models and intelligence products.
  • Lead product feature development from concept to delivery.
  • Research new datasets and modeling approaches to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
  • Communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🧠 Required Experienc

  • 3+ years in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles.
  • Experience building data products or predictive models.
  • Work with:
    • Time series, geospatial, or demographic datasets.
    • Messy real-world data.
  • Strong Python and statistical modeling skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Modern data stack:
    • BigQuery
    • Google Cloud Storage
    • dbt
    • Dagster
  • Healthcare or insurance datasets.
  • Experience using large language models (LLMs).
