Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Function Apps. This role also requires proficient Python development skills to support ETL pipelines, data integration, and automation workflows.

This is an urgent requirement, so candidates who can start immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain pipelines in Azure Data Factory
  • Build and manage Azure Function Apps for serverless processing and automation
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python for data processing tasks
  • Integrate ADF pipelines with various data sources and sinks
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize data workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and ADF pipelines
  • Expertise in Python development, especially for data engineering tasks
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production-level data workflows
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
