Role Summary
The Data Center Technician I is responsible for maintaining strict cleanliness standards within controlled data center environments. This role focuses on micro-cleaning surfaces, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure operational reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning operations following strict data center guidelines.
- Micro-clean ceilings, walls, floors, and equipment in critical environments.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Scope of Work (SOW) documentation precisely.
- Identify cleaning deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in ongoing training related to safety, technical skills, and performance improvement.
- Assist with cross-training other team members.
- Maintain documentation and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 1 year of related experience or equivalent training (preferred).
- Ability to learn SOPs, chemical safety, and cleaning protocols.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Must pass background check and employment verification (I-9).
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, climbing, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Use of hands for handling equipment and cleaning tools.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in loud or industrial environments.
